Hey, if those Southerners want to continue in the mantra of "Drill Baby Drill" then they can deal with the consequences as well. Federal level or not, they still have the power to do something to change it. Don't shoot the messenger, I didn't cause those slicks. But if they want to keep repeating their mistakes, then I will continue to point and laugh.

Also, no pelicans here in Cali that are covered in oil. Everything still looks nice and clean here. It's safe to say I'm still enjoying my portion of the country.

You ing AMERICANS deserve this. The collective lot of you is who's to blame here - more specifically, people like you.

But who needs specifics? Broad strokes are how the world goes round, right?

And for the record: Colorado is NOT part of America.

At least not part of MY America!

Um, the south isn't part of MY America, either! It's those people! Every last one of them was just asking for this!

Pfft, sorry if I don't feel more sympathetic to a bunch of hillbillies who care more about their own jobs than they do their environment. Nor am I going to feel sorry for a lot who repeat their own mistakes. Get off this ing oil already, it's doing more damage than you can possibly imagine.

Dude the last one was a British blunder...

I don't know why you're blaming southerners. They have nothing to do with it other than deal with the consequences...

How else are they supposed to afford dentures and quality landscaping services at rock bottom prices?! I don't think I much like your altitude!

Er, I mean attitude!

It's those damnable minorities! They're the true problem here!

It had nothing to do with the 'british'

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BP#21st_century

BP is a multinational company but Mr. Obama & others seemed to forget that when using the name 'British Petroleum' when it hadn't been called that for 11 years before the spill.

Shshshshshsh!!

Jesus H. Christ on a stick. If you've learned nothing, don't you know you should let them prop up their arguments with erroneous information for five more posts before making the kill shot?

God Bless America for their idiocy, this is what makes the world go round.

As I said it before, if you combined Japan, China, India, Russia and another nation combined. Those nations use the same amount of oil as the US and they have like 10x the population

Right in this link that you posted, on the right, it says that BP is headquartered in London, United Kingdom...

Tony Hayward, CEO during the whole thing, is a Brit.

That's what I was going by...
