Depends how good the surgeon is. it is capable of pleasure and orgasm. Ive heard that trans vags have better than genetic vaginal sensitivity, but less clitoral sensitivity. Its even possible through surgery to make it self lubricating. I for one cant wait. Also I cant wait to wear a bikini without having to tape the out of my junk. :p
