Hi guys,
had to miss out this year, can some of you guys (when you wake up !!) can review the sets in the Trance room (specially SvD + A&B since they were not aired) ? Did A&B threw "no one on earth" (love this track...) ?
And out of curiosity, how bad was Tiesto :) ?

It was ok this year.
Waiting in a 45 minute lineup to get searched and what not to get in was a little rediculous. They confiscated my glowsticks, because apparently Tiesto doesnt like them and they would only sell them after his set was over at 430... but they were selling glow rings.
I didnt like the new set up with the main stage. Last year if you were in the vip it was beneficial because you got a view the stage without having to be dancing with the masses. This year with the way the set up was 3/4 of the vip couldnt even see the stage.
It didnt seem anywhere near as busy this year as it was last year. Tiesto was meh, he isnt really my thing. I am a house girl who likes dirty beats and Tiesto just wasnt doing it for me, but he was still better than the alternative. I would have liked to hear some more mainstream songs from Tiesto or at least Kalidescope. I didnt really get into the groove until the last hour of Tiesto and Avicii who rocked my world.
Avicii who was only supposed to spin until 6 was for some reason on till 630. He spun a lot of Adele!
After my dancing legs were gone we made it over to the middle between the two stages and had a seat. I had front row seats to a guy on the ground screaming at the top of his lungs, it took litterally 12 paramedics and security to hold him down, tie him to the stretcher and wheel him away.
I ended up leaving at around 630. For me the 2nd half of the evening was far better than the first.
Overall it was a good evening, I am glad I had free media passes as I don't think I would have the same opinion if I had paid $130 for a ticket. I will most likely be back again next year to do it all again. |

naw we got comp ticks and my gf never went so she wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
she was traumatized hahaha.
beats watching simpsons reruns.
to be fair i could not stomach the crowd either with their chandails de vendeur de poudre douchbag de valleyfield. |

| Bal is always an interesting night... horrible time for my iphone to be lagging on texts though. I was sometimes getting 5 or 6 at once in clusters (making meeting up with ppl almost impossible). |

I had a huge gripe was the way VIP was organized this year. The regular line actually went way faster than VIP. It took me 1 hour to get in and the regular line people just walked right in.
The bottleneck was at security, right as I was going through they decided to open up 2 more lanes to search VIP since regular was moving so quickly... stupid.
I can only guess that either they oversold VIP and/or due to the fact so many organizations had booths; people were VIP through that too.
There was also constant staff bringing in people through the gong show security bottleneck, I'm guessing people that had booths and/or friends which made it very frustrating for everyone waiting there.
No one really felt VIP. |

another thing : too many chicks wearing skimpy clothes that should not wear skimpy clothes.
if krispy kreme is a food group to you, wear a mumu next time, because i don't want to see your front bum, gut, and back .
also: old chicks.....just stop. You aren't 18 anymore, no one wants that old purse you call a vagina so bat those tired eyes elsewhere:p |
