Edit: You should set a DMZ on your router. Your stream is always really bad and buffers all the time.

PM'd it to you. Just make sure you disable the DMZ when you're done.

D-Link's website might have detailed instructions for your specific router too if you get the model off the bottom.

I'd try specifically opening port 8000 in the router first. That's the port it looks like is used for Nou's server.
