Whatever dudes, I think SHM are pretty entertaining.
+1 wether it be cutting edge underground stuff or mainstream radio friendly stuff. a good tune is a good tune. and if people are enjoying the music and the live sets it shouldn't matter if some people consider it cheese for what ever reason. if ya dont like it. dont listen to it

What a ing joke.

The Swedish House Mafia hypocrites should shut the up, I don't care how many people they had packed on the beach at their last venue or how much money they make. All that coke must have gotten to their heads.
Their music ing sucks, it sounds like euro trash from the nineties.

Listen to what they say at the beginning of the essential mix....
what a pair of balls on these guys
i never really was a fan of them before, and after reading this
they lost all respect

I enjoy my fair share of cheese from time to time. It can be really fun to dance to. But for SHM to bashing other producers for ruining the scene with "cheesy pop" is laughable. How ironic. :haha: You play cheese, OWN IT!

He is disgusting. Look at that fat wander around the booth like that like he doesn't even know what to do with himself. He's not even using any headphones. Why would anybody pay him? Jesus Christ we really are all ed aren't we?

I think there was an interview with him saying something about how because he's been dj'ing for so long, that he doesn't even need headphones to mix. It was in another SHM controversy fuelled thread a bit earlier. Apparently he wants to challenge other people to mix without headphones:
To be honest, if you have your cue points and your playlist set up then you can mix without headphones but that video does look shady...that mix into "One More Time" seems really suspect and even if he does have a playlist setup then it seems sorta lazy of him to not be spontanious and play tracks outside of what he has planned.

Well apparently, it is "common" for big festival headliners to pre-record the last 15 minutes of their set because it makes it easier for the lighting/pyrotechnic guys to sync their with the music. In all honesty, it kind of makes sense, and that's what he's saying happened in this case. I still think he's a revolting douche bag though.
