Thanks bud but i didnt see anything there or in the events section. I would like someones opinion instead of just looking at a club flyer or a facebook event.
Any suggestions are helpful. |

this could be cool...
but are alot of the afterhour events like this in new york? I mean that you have to buy tixs ahead of time and they tell u the night of type of deal?
from my knowledge we dont have many if anything like that up here in TO... its pretty cool, but a pain in the ass if your visiting the city... |

You don't have to buy tix ahead of time, you can always just go and pay @ door... but some parties will be packed and if you really want to go, presales are the safest bet, plus you end up saving at least $10, and NY does get expensive. Just make sure you RSVP or you won't get the address.
The difference with NY and TO is that the NY mayor and police hate nightlife. There isn't much of a selection of venues ppl can go to for music, so promoters have resorted to take matters into their own hands so the party can go on.
Hey, it's better than no partying at all ;) |

Yeah i rsvp! Well you gotta remember are last call is at 2am and 90% of our clubs are closed by 330. We got like 2 clubs open late regularly. Guv is open till 8 n CZ is open till the next afternoon. But we make do with what we got
Atleast your promoters have balls to do warehouse parties at such a large scale lol
Do you have any good suggestions for clubs?
Hows the Sullivan Room on a sunday night??? |

I know people have been giving you good recommendations (probably the best ones) but do check out resident advisor for sundays events
You don't really find NYC clubs open on sunday nights UNLESS its a holiday weekend of some sort.
Check this site out for an updated list:

| Any good techno gigs happening at Output in August? Thinking about visiting a friend, would like to plan around a weekend where I can check out Output that I keep hearing about on drumcode radio. |
