Weird Crushes

There's a woman at work who's in a different department to me. She must be around 40, she is a little bit pudgy as middle aged people tend to be, she's almost certainly married and is probably not even looked at twice by anyone else, certainly not by anyone half her age. Lord knows there are plenty of attractive 20-something girls around the place. And yet for some reason I want to sex her up really, really badly. I speak to her in passing about two or three times a day and I've found myself starting to flirt with her increasingly during these brief spells, even though it's utterly pointless and absurd.
So COR, I have three questions. For everyone: What weird attractions have you had towards unlikely people?
For the likes of JBJ and Hal who love to hypothesise on these things: why do we develop these weird counter-productive crushes on completely inappropriate people?
And finally, for the playas: How do you convince a middle-aged co-worker to have an affair with you? |

There's a woman at work that another colleague of mine referred to as an "undercover hottie" a few months ago. When he said that, it all made sense. It just made sense.
Not many people understand what I mean by that but judging by your OP, I think you will find you do. |

| I think it has a lot to do with pheromones and the kind of energy the woman is projecting. Sexual attraction isn't just about looks, there's all kinds of body language we barely pick up on that influences how we feel about another person. You should try to make something happen with that I'm almost certain you feel the way you do because SHE wants it. |

Go for it, dude. Start hitting on her, older chicks really want to younger guys too, it's a huge turn on for them.

I don't think I've ever been attracted to a woman over the age of 35 or so. although I'm sure that will change as I age.
There was a girl at my high school that I had a bit of a crush on who was kind of "weird" looking: big eyes, reeeally skinny (like near-anorexic, certainly not the body type I usually like), kind of "hollow" looking face. I think I was attracted by her personality and the way she carried herself more than her appearance. |
