Asexuals are people who experience no sexual attraction to anyone, and (as a result) are not interested in having sex.
Is anyone here asexual? Know anyone who is or claims to be? |

No, that would be (involuntary) celibacy. Most celibate people still have the desire for sex, they just do not act on it. But an asexual never feels the desire in the first place. |

| Were someone diagnosed as being Asexual, would having sex with them be considered rape? |

| Only if they used a gag ball. |

| I have known a few people in my life that I have suspected of being asexual - simply because they didn't put out the vibe. Generally I can pick up on someone's sexual vibes very easily, but there have have been a few stand out people who just came across as extremely void. Don't know how else to describe it. |

| It's not rocket surgery. Tuning into people isn't some special trick. |

Actually, it's quite hard for blokes to "tune into people" like that. I learnt something from loads of female friends and my current long relationship but unless it was really obvious, I was oblivious to most stuff happening in my surroundings before I turned twenty.
This being said, no, I know heterosexuals, bisexuals, homosexuals and a guy that's sexually attracted to coconut trees... but no asexuals. |

| I had sex last night, which is weird because we usually are asexual on Monday's. |
