Actually, I reckon its vital for a community like TA to have different individuals voicing opinions that we dont have access to in real life. I've never met a transgender person, let alone talked to one. What I eventually found overwhelming, however, was her insistence that nearly everything I said was either discriminatory or downright offensive - even small talk. It was almost like going to a foreigner and saying "Hey, how do you do?" only to have as a reply "What do you mean by 'how' I do? Do you think I should do anything different from you? Do you think my people can't do things the way your people do? Bigot!".
But I still feel kind of bad for losing my temper with her because, unlike the few other people who got on my , she was interesting :( |

| She spent like 3 pages in the Chick Stuff thread lambasting Banora for being anti-transgender just because Banora said she woke up and looked in the mirror and saw a tranny Draco Malfoy. I lol'd when Banora lost her on her and said that the only thing she had to hold onto was being transexual, quite like a gay person who spends so much time talking about being gay that he has no other objective in life. |

That's the sad thing about her - she does have more stuff going on in her life. She's a talented graphic designer, and she said she had just found something like a dream job. |
