There is no difference between techno and house. However there is a difference between prog house and prog trance. |

| when it comes to quality, there's a bigger gap between techno and house compared to prog house and prog trance. I could enjoy both prog styles since they're similar, but techno has a distinct aura that makes the listener concentrate and introspect himself. house doesn't have that same aura. |
