anyways jay hit the nail on the head. I think its also how you carry yourself when you're taken. You dress nicer, you care more about your appearance, you seem happier and above all you tend to watch what you say. When Im in a relationship I always think of something funny and very inappropriate and in my mind im like "no don't say that it's very iapropriate for this situation" but now that I'm single I'm like " it, say it, let's see what happens". When I got a girlfriend I'll dress up for a family dinner, now ill show up in jogging pants and unshaven to my aunts and belch at the table.
When I have a girlfriend and i hit a club i get hit on by the most beautiful girls in the place. Now that I'm single I just aim for the best looking slut to bring home. Guys are at their best when they have a good girlfriend. We are our best looking and best behaved. Let us live the single life too long and we start going the way of Greg Giraldo |

Well I don't do the whole on a pedestal thing. Known too many guys who treat "holla" like it's a sport. As if collecting phone numbers were like collecting rare baseball cards or something.
Either way, I do think I'm still sociable. I'm currently taking a Pharmacy Tech class here in town and I've already gotten cool with half the class. And even in my partying/rave days, I used to hang out and talk with a lot of different people and groups throughout Norcal. People always seemed to like coming to me and talking about their problems or private matters to me and I'd offer some advice here and there, or if I knew they were just trying to blow steam or simply bitch for the sake of bitching, I'd just listen. Sometimes, people like a good listener more than they like a good talker, this I've learned. However, it's also a good way to get put in the Friend Zone too, if you're trying to make a move. |

Trust me, I've done that too. Went to my share of house parties with more...unsavory people. Can't befriend half the party at those types, but I usually get cool with about 20-30%. |

| over the years i've picked up bitches at delis, bars (patrons as well as bartenders), nightclubs, laundromats, the subway, a bus stop, even on the friggin street (not talking streetwalkers here haha :p). the key is to always keep an eye out for an opening and not waste time analyzing too much. hot chics are rare and opportunities to talk and make your case to them are rarer still, at least for most avg joes. |

| this is true. I once picked up the hottest black chick at a sports therapy clinic. I messed up the chance because I couldnt see what a supehot attractive black girl would see in a white boy soccer player. I played it cool and was like bah ill see her next week and if there still seems to be chemistry ill grab her number. She never came back. To this day I've never fooled around with a black chick and really kick myself in the ass for not striking that one off the list when I could have. |
