I can help you out.
I worked at 3 performance shops over the years.
Most important thing is...what kind of car is it.
Most Tunners these days are very specific :) |

04 Acura RSX premium (k20a3)
I was looking at picking up a subtle lip kit (probably A-Spec or DC5)
Also, the A-spec suspension package and probably a CAI. Eventually maybe a reflash.
I dont plan on tracking it, but Id like to make it a little more fun for spirited daily driving. |

very nice
Im a honda fanatic myself....lol
Go to TEKNOTIK. Prob the best Honda/Acura Tuner in Canada.
Hands dpwn.
people from Montreal and such drive here to get their cars tuned
by them. They also sell any type of parts you need.
pretty much everything for Honda Acura.
Since you have a K20. You may want a decent intake and
a Hondata reflash. that alone will give you another 20-30 hp to
the wheels on a K20.
A Hondate reflash is definately the best bang for your buck.
They also have a ton of JDM domestic parts like your suspension
or used type r parts.

Sweet! Thanks alot. Might just make a trip out there this weekend. Used type R parts sounds good. I dont want to drop too much cash.
What are you driving? |

what would be a decent coilover system for my 05 civic?
i dont need something high end because it is just for daily driving. never taking it to the track. i dont plan on doing any mods to this car... i only miss driving a lowered car. i hate driving with stock suspension. |

From what ive read Tein's entry level stuff is pretty good. I spent sometime considering them for my car. But Ive also heard coilovers ride wicked harsh for daily driving... better for track days. |

i had skunk2 coilovers on my previous car and i loved it.
i was looking at the Tein Street Basis system but a buddy (who is really hardcore in to the honda tuning scene and is also a mechanic at Honda) told me not to bother because there are better ones out there for less. i was also considering Megan Racing but they dont make a kit for my car. |
