Anywho, now that TFC's season (for all intents and purposes) is pretty much over we can discuss some real quality football :p
ps. Christ that was quick, lol @ MLSE !!! Why anyone supports these ****s is beyond me.
Spanish sides are killing it in Europe this year, Barca & Real are in the semis of UCL, and 3 of the 4 Europe league finalists are from Spain as well. It's looking like it will be a Barca v Real final, but hopefully Bayern can knock off Madrid and give Barcelona a go at home in the final.
In Germany, 3 points separate Borussia and Bayern, and they face eachother on Wednesday which should decide the title winner. They then square off in the German cup final a month from now. Can't wait for both of those matches.
Italy is getting interesting, Juve moved ahead of AC Milan today and Udinese, Napoli & Lazio are in a dogfight for the final Champions League spot. Huge win for Lazio (yessss) today against Napoli. I think it's time for me to bust out my old classic Alen Boksic Lazio jersey!!! :p
English title race could be wrapped up as early as tomorrow but the race for the last two UCL spots will be good. Hopefully Spurs + Newcastle can knock out Chelsea & Arsenal but I doubt that will happen (not Newcastle anyways) ... |

| Newcastle has no depth on defence but pardew is proving to be good judge of talent w demba ba, papisse cisse, ben arfa and cabaye. Newcastle on a roll is hard to beat |

Going to see Arsenal vs. Wigan this Monday @ Emirates.
I'm a MUFC supporter, but this should be an experience! Can't wait! |

- Emirates isnt known for having the best atmosphere but that is still pretty cool, lucky you. IMO it will still be better then anything you probably will have experienced in North America I am sure.
- Spurs are totally ting the bed, but they have the "easiest" remaining schedule of Chelsea & Newcastle so if they can get their act together I still like them for 4th. Oh well, as long as Chelsea does not make it I will be happy ( them and -eh).
- Balotelli went loco again on the weekend, hope he is left off of Italy's squad for the euro's !!!

WOW
What an incredible finish to the EPL season. I thought Man City were dead in the water and then they go and pop in 2 goals in injury time.
I ing hope to god Bayern (who were steamrolled by Dortmund yesterday wow) takes out Chelsea next weekend. Not only would it be nice to see an English side lose to a German one like it usually is :p but it would be extra nice to not see Chelsea in the UCL next season ;) |

Ya, Chelski won vs Barca, but overall form has been not good enough |

Chelsea def do not deserve it, and it would be unfair to Spurs to lose their potential UCL spot with a Chelsea win next weekend.
I think that Bayern at home should win, but you never know. Neither side is the top team from their domestic league and both have been smoked recently (Chelsea against Liverpool last week, and Bayern yesterday in the cup final).
Chelsea will have 4 players missing which isn't as bad as Bayern's two but Bayern's defence on the whole seems to be a little shakier then Chelsea's with not as much depth. Either way though, I think it will be a fun final to watch, with both sides attacking and going forward. |

Back to the EPL finish, it really was one of the best finishes to a season I have ever seen before. Multiple teams fighting for Championships, spots in Europe, against relegation all up until the dying seconds of the season.
Just pure epic drama from start to finish. It all has me incredibly jacked for the Euros next month.
 |
