The State of the COR

We all know it's been a little quiet around the place, for a few months.
What's the story, people?
Not enough moderation? Too much moderation? Have I failed you all?
Has the memetic (<-- may have just made that word up) nature of the net these days reduced us to recycling outside material to the point where we don't make our own, any more?
I WANT ANSWERS.
Be blunt, and be honest. We all enjoy/hate each others' company, so let's work towards enjoying/hating each other properly. And spice things up.
And, would anyone be interested in trying/sorting out a new COReWhoreOff? :disbelief |

| It has been awfully dull around here, but I don't think you're entirely to blame. Perhaps you've been to quick to ban some of the william ashley reincarnations, but otherwise your moderation has been good imo. I think we've identified the main problem a few times over already - the c0r has a small core of members and we haven't been accepting enough of outsiders. Couple that with the fact that the content on here lately hasn't been interesting enough to keep those members coming back when we push them away and well...you see what happens. |

| I dunno, there are a lot of lame new members and some of the more fun ones have left us (by either bannage or bidniss (kevin)). The c0r fluctuates frequently, it'll come back soon. Be patient. |

Cor has been dying ever since Random Talking thread. Delete it imo.
Probably had good intentions when you made it, but it kinda makes the whole sub forum obsolete. |

I haven't been banned, suspended or gotten a warning even once, so I'd say you're doing a brilliant job.
To be serious; I never liked the c0r when it was as fast as it used to. I only started replying when it slowed down, a lot. |

This. Sad but true. |

Yeah, I believe it's Stu's fault. His merciless tyranny is killing all possible fun in the COR. Stu makes this place stale and boring.
Jay was depressed and all we got was a whiny thread. No poem, no penis, nothing. That's what Sushipunk does to people.
I have predicted all of this a long time ago, but people wouldn't listen then and won't listen now when I tell them that the Sushipunk Complot threatens the very existence of this place. |

| ah whore off, I don't think it would work these days. We need to get some drama going for sure. My idea would to convince someone to come out of the closet, or start pretending nou is dead and ignore him for a while :conf: just a random thought |

There is still plenty of potential drama but everyone is more mature now. :) Right?
Right?! :nervous: |

I've recently stumbled across some statistics that reveal a concerning correlation....

| Also we need to mobilize the forces quicker when new people arrive. Too many people are being let through without going through proper screening protocols. |

| And we need new katanas. |
