You know what's really gay, people who are bothered that other people on message boards sometimes complain and then have to point it out as if they're special because they've achieved a Zen outlook on the current topic.
You know who also doesn't complain, apathetic people, and they suck the most. |
you ain't allowed to disagree with anything around here don't you know that by now?
more so

How about some positivity up in this joint? |
nothing negative about what i said; simply pointing out how funny it is that every yr is the same thing: a weak line-up appears or their fav trance/techno god didn't get announced in the phase 1 and everyone wants to cry n bitch for 30pgs...than in the end (get ready for some positivity..wait for it...), they live to tell how awesome it was lol |

eXtRa SpEcIaL kIlLeR = SKRILLEX
awful.
Also, I personally think that EZoo is gonna be good. Last year they had some awesome names on there. I can already tell just by the phase 1 lineup that they aren't forgetting about the good stuff (Liebing, Sasha, Umek) so I guarantee there will be more A names to come. They simply release the commercial cheese lineup first to get all the children to buy their tickets. |

| Im exited about Aa&B playing twice. Besides their boring group therapy tracks and remixes, theyre still playing some banging classic anjuna tracks. I'm faithful to those mofos anyway and i dont give a . It would be so awesome if they bring some anjunadeep artist for their gt arena; jaytech, boomjinx or james grant. man, james grant drops some crazy/beautiful deep tracks ala diggers on his radio show,i would love to see the guy live. |

i wont get too crazy on the line-up
all i will say is that it is def a big downgrade from previous years at this point
the only thing that gives me somewhat of a boner is day 2 sunday school tent, other than that its pretty much trouse, electro, pop
i dont plan on goin all 3 days, i would rather save my $ for another party or festival outside of nyc |

the line up does seem (so far) like a bit of a step down from last years.
that being said - my theory with festivals (any kind) is that if in 3 days, multiple stages and dozens of artists.. you can't find a few to enjoy and have a good time with.. then you're completely full of crap. just saying. (not directed any anyone obviously, just my opinion). |

Totally agree. That being said, this lineup is not yet worth the price of the tickets to me. I am sure the single day tix will be astronomical by the time I can see if the full lineup is worth it!

Actually, I was going to chime in that its not all about the DJs either....Its the people that you are with that make this experience so much better |

no doubt! it's a lot easier to tolerate something you might not love when you're with your friends and everyone is having a blast together :) |

I resigned to pretty much spending all of my time in the Sunday School tent at least 2 years ago. The trends are only getting worse with the other 3 stages, but I think the Sunday School lineup looks pretty solid, tbh. $219 for 3 days isn't bad, even just for who's playing the Sunday School tent.
I got tickets knowing I might go, but knowing that if the lineup for me sucked, I'd sell them to commercial teet-suckers at a profit. Will be going. |
