Some people don't want to get married, and single people won't get SS benefits or tax breaks. Why do gay people who want to get married and straight people and everyone in between who is or wants to get married support inequality?
Either have the state take care of everyone, or don't take care of everyone. |

a gay partner will not be considered family. So say at the hospital , they can and will refuse visits. There are so many legal matters that are affected. Like say you die and instead of your partner, your dad who was a dick now gets do decide what to do. Its more complicated than you think.
The point is that they are not going to get rid of it. So it is a step in the right direction. |
