Maybe I'm overreaching, but I wouldn't be surprised if Pacha pays off the cops in some way to stay away and that's why they get away with it. These smaller parties probably can't do that.
Where is System? Manhattan? Brooklyn? |

LoL! I've been thinking about that for years about Pacha. I don't understand how they get away with it.
System is in Queens and just far away from anything that they should never be in the police's mind. |

46st street "mega club" scumbags are "donating" $$ to the PD Brass to keep shutting down parties with high profile DJ's. Since Pacha can't book those dj's/promoters keep snagging them, thus driving part of the business away.
Its all nyc horse club politics. Maybe its not Pacha all alone on this, but come on....Sasha/Lalwer/Dubfire/another blkmkaret party got shut down. This isn't a coincidence. This is done with malicious intent.
Regular cops wouldn't give a about the parties (i bet some of them even go to them). Its the brass that gives out the orders. Its do it or lose your job.

Of course. Pacha is known for being a sardine can with a serious safety concerns and somehow it never gets shut down. Webster hall for CNTRL was way overcrowded and it didnt get shut down.
Of course somebody is on a payroll.
those clubs. I refuse to go to them (i only ventured out for Liebing to pacha) but no more and too bad CNTRL wasn't thrown somewhere else. |

| I'd understand if this was an underground warehouse party, but this was in a legit venue! Apparently you need a lawyer on hand if you want to throw a party in NYC. |

It wasn't even that packed, I had room to dance right in the center of the floor. And they stopped serving a few minutes before 4, but I heard the cops where already outside before that. We got a text around 3:50 that the cops were outside talking about shutting it down.
NYC scene is full of such bull, who ever is responsible for this should just get stabbed in the face, and I'm usually a peaceful person. But if you get off on killing hundreds of peoples good time, seriously, just go ing die slowly jerkoff. |
