Yeah, still need to sort out my technical issues. Not being able to update it on a whim has meant I just haven't bothered. I'll do a big super-update for the end of year and hopefully get it fixed for 2013.

A poppy dub techno record? Yes! Very fun record.

I still have trouble getting into (supposedly) good dub techno, but this is great, thanks.

I may contribute with a small list of mine later, though I haven't heard much this year.

Absolutely. I've really bought into the Scissor&Thread aesthetic. I've finally started collecting vinyl, and the Bob Moses-Hands to Hold EP was the first record I bought. It's nothing extraordinary, I know, but it makes for great bedroom listening. I've listened to Leland more times than I can count at this point, anyway.

I'm really glad that you were the one to start this thread, Woony. A stamp of quality...

I'll have to get back to you guys on my top albums/eps of the year - truth be told, if you were to dig through my beatport purchases over 2012, you'd find more tracks from 1998-2006 than 2010-2012... I quite enjoyed Dettman's Conducted, that much I recall. And his EP on MDR with that Answer Code Request remix, yowzaa.

I've also really been feeling the Appolonia imprint, though their releases have been rather unremarkable to date. Worthwhile, certainly, and enjoyable on the dance floor, but unremarkable on the aggregate for me.

This track was pretty huge IMO. Prog like prog used to be.

The Backwoods - Cloud Nine (Stallions Remix)

I met the dude who ran Scissor and Thread during Adultnapper's EZoo set this year. He had some really cute female friends so I was trying to get in on that action, lol. I should really check Scissor&Thread's stuff out.

I moved out to another place and pissed in my roommates soy sauce. I'm not even kidding, don't attempt cohabitation with me.
