Let's make the COR into a FLAMETHROWER with zero moderation outside of SPAM. If you catch feelings, you don't come into or post in the section plain and simple. Throw all rules out the window, if you post pictures of yourself or share them on the internet, it's fair game. Everyone needs to be accountable for their own actions and words, no crying about a 3 month tampon or posting pictures of mugshots. if you got bagged for a DUI and you told everyone publicly, it's your own up live up to it.
This whole rules about carrying over to other threads is bull to be honest, rules make this place not fun, creates work for mods, for s sakes stop catching feelings if you want to spit fire be able to eat some of it |

Haha, well thanks. Like I said, though, I was a huge on here when I was younger, and I'm fairly certain that Del doesn't want to forgive me for all of the I talked. :( |

I don't agree. It isn't about being able to give and take, it's about containing bull to where it happens. How can anyone disagree that it's exactly because of people dragging their all over to every thread that this place is so full of miserable s? Come on. |

He's right though, the only reason people still come in here is because there's some sort of narrative, familiar faces, familiar stories, a sense of freedom. No one even listens to trance anymore. You start to censor people and it all goes to . If you can't handle it get the out.

Nobody's being censored or asked to "play nice" though, only asked to keep the bull to the threads they start in. How does it help the mood around here when people (MYSELF INCLUDED) are constantly dragging from one thread into another??
I see that all you want to do is continue to start and get your digs in. How about you contribute some solutions instead of trying to get things heated again? |

You just said that to fix the COR we would need new members. What do you want, new members or familiar faces?

I think that there is a general misunderstanding of the issue at hand here. Nobody is trying to censor anything in this forum with these new ideas. IF these ideas were put in place as actual rules, you would still be able to call someone's wife a dirty old cunt, you could tell Jenny that she's a worthless pile of - anything you want that is already within the boundaries of what is acceptable in the COR will still be allowed.
These new ideas essentially just limit the amount of flaming going on here. I, for one, love the freedom and lax moderation that is allowed here, but the problem with that form of moderation is that it allows the forum to essentially become one giant argument. That's what happened here, that's what happens every few months, that's what these rules are designed to diffuse. Arguments and free speech are fine, but massive forum-wide bitchfests are tired and pointless, and will be eliminated. |

| There's no need for solutions. Things are ok as they are, and it would be ideal if they stayed on this path instead of taking a turn for stricter modding. I even spoke out against you and Eric getting suspended if you missed that bit. |
