the week after is Wavefront fest in Chicago and theres alot of serious talent there, hopefully they can get some acts to stop by toronto on the way to Chicago...

There's a lot of Digital dreams djs around. It would be fun to have Luciano play. But not sure what his availability is like. Wouldn't mind Hawtin and Dubfire do a B2B set. That would be epic too. Just some ideas for the organizers if they haven't already booked the artists. :p |

I think the point of Electric Island is to book artists who don't feel they deserve fees high enough to cause $75+ ticket prices. It's nice to be able to go somewhere, especially an outdoor party, and not be looking at paying those kind of prices for tickets.
I'm not interested in seeing DJs like that, because I'm not interested in paying their ridiculous artist fees. The experience they provide is simply not worth the money. |

| With 2500 people and the cheapest ticket being 22$ and change ( with service fee ) I'm sure they can get a high profile act. + all the money on drinks they def. did well. I'd hope for a guy j + digweed kind of dealll |
