I'm from a 3rd world country that is not Argentina. Rent is prepaid upfront for 1 year - common practice, but leaves me with no options of moving out. Contracts, rental agreements have no value. The only thing that has value is the money I have already paid him. He has all the power in this situation which is why I'm so frustrated. |

| I honestly almost got in a fight with him. He burst into my apartment without knocking a few days ago - yelling, putting his finger in my face and making a ing scene. I have no idea what he was going on about cause he doesn't speak english, but he was well worked up. Every instict I had told me to punch this guy in the face, but he's over 60 years old, so it just seemed wrong. I escorted him out of the apartment and closed the door. Until now I have no idea what he was yelling about. |
