I second that. Although I'm not a practicing Buddhist, I've adopted a lot of its philosophies and it's made me a much more positive person as a result. Seriously though, if you want some good book recommendations let me know (Osho is a great place to start). Reading a good book like that for 20 minutes a day can impact you more than you think.
