I think it's fairly apparent by the fact I ING STATED NOTHING WILL COME OF IT, that nothing, will in fact come of it, but it's interesting none the less to see this train wreck evolve.
And I'm not sure I agree with you that "we all read the news". Given that "news" has never been so fragmented or poorly researched, and Trump's entire policy when it comes to the media is "look over here, not there - I'm doing something outrageous' I think it's good that people, myself included post up things that are missed on many outlets.
For instance, Trump stating that Clapper agreed the dossier was fake, made headline news on all the outlets even my local TV channels.
Clapper's factual and outright denial? Didn't even make it on to NBC's nightly news section which is primarily about politics.
So while it may bore the off you seeing things you read on the guardian.com posted here, there's a few of us who revel in this monumental cluster that's only going to get gaped as we approach the 20th of Jan. |

The you find to get over-excited about is inevitably a complete non-event, though. You're prattling on about the AP confirming "the one possible impeachable/treasonous thing" as though they've actually dug up proof of some of the stuff claimed in the dossier. Actually, all they're "confirming" is something the outgoing administration were already aware of, so it makes jack- difference.
It's not a development. This is my point. If something explosive actually happened, it would be all over the headlines in minutes. All we get is you blowing up non-stories and repeating a load of irrelevant details you've found from some ty article as though anyone cares. The signal-to-noise ratio is appalling. |

You're missing the point; Lira and I were actually discussing the futility of all these incredulous things happening and it's the fact we've never seen anything like this while "jack-" happens IS part of the story.
Having said that, I think you're off base; we've truly never experienced such a wall of sound when it comes to things that would normal tip the needle but in this time of extreme standards, they don't register. It doesn't mean they're not a revelation.
Case in point: You just said "If something explosive actually happened, it would be all over the headlines in minutes."

So you saying I'm posting up a "non-event" is biggest story there is right now in global media, and now there's a senate committee panel that's going to grill Trump so it seems this has legs. |

| newz. like I said I put a ban on watching newz for over two years . I unbanned it only because I found out trump won the primary and was running . I watched no news prior to about August of 2016. and once trump is officially inaugurated I will re-ban it . news is for ing morons and it's all just geared to making people fight and argue with eAchothwr about race religion gender class and it's also fake . it's all government propaganda . I was going to re ban it after trump won the election but I want to follow this through until I know he is officially sworn in. the newz ban means no bookmarks no apps no nothing , no news content will be consumed by me. U should try it. |
