i think im going to have to agree with Trance Outlaw here, i listen to rap also..and who cares if its easy to make, who cares if its hard?? ..i mean, a super producer can look at a trance song you see complicated and find it very easy, all depends on your point of view, and to me no music genre sux besides (noise) ...noise itself being bands that dont know how to play there instrumetns correctly and so on so on. dude, no more dissin any type of music, and if you are goign to do it anyways, do it constructevly at the very least... id appreciate it i think just as much as the rest of the people on this site well.. your soudning like that dj whatever his name was now.

i hate it when people ride on trance music and im sure u do, so where do u get off on calling rap music ty?
listen to any damn outkast song .. you are right 90% of the rap out right now is fake and thats why i listen to trance mostly
download some outkast,goodie mobb,luke, or some three six mafia .. even the old deathrow (snoop,dre) is good
become better informed before u start mouthing off
take this from someone who knows more about rap then 99% of this board and is just as knowledgable in electronic music |

I love hip-hop, just not close to how much i love trance. Artists like Dilated Peoples and The Roots make really great music, and it's not easy to make. I have tried it, and it's not nearly as easy as it might sound.
People should be open minded to other genres, and at least not dis it totally if they don't like it. And not all lyrics go like fish, , fish, bitch... Some hiphop artists actually writes meaningful lyrics. U should listen to them sometime:)

yeah music that has the ol' soul/jazz influence with hip-hop/rap sounds really cool. i love the underground stuff that incorporates jazz/soul into their trackz.
an album called voodoo phunk lionize is great. underground dnb/jungle with a jazz/soul edge. great chill out cd. |
