Hey all, I'm makin the trip from Detroit for to The Guv on the 8th for Ferry/BT/James/etc..

But I can't decide if I wanna see James or Ferry. I haven't seen either of them, but it seems to me Ferry comes around more often. And I heard last time James was amazing, tore $hit up!! I'm leaning more towards James but whats your guys opinion?

I'm trying to get a non-biased response cause there are too many die hard Ferry fans.

James Holden for me. I also want to check out BT (Woooooooooot)LIVE. Then I'll go see Ferry afterwards.:D

Im not from TO and have never seen James Holden Live before. When Ferry came down to Ny with Kid Vicious. It was one of the best all around sets I had heard from a trance Dj ever. He blew away armin within the first hour. He didnt play that many anthems and threw down a cool mix of Punk that I liked (AND I HATE PUNK WITH A PASSION!!!!) But isnt Ferry and holder playing the same night on March 8th? So why do you have to decide bettween the two?
Endlesswave
Different rooms of the Guv/Koolhaus complex that's why we have to choose. Plus differing set times which could be conflicting.

well no one even knows whether they are spining at the same times. and I am sure no one will know untill we get there. I am sure even if u go see Holden u'll still catch a bit of Ferry towards the end!

tough choice though :D ;)

I just assumed that since these were the two main DJ's for the night that they're set times would conflict. But I guess we won't know till we get there.

I LOVE James Holden's production but I don't know much about him as a DJ. And I know Ferry is one of the best. Very tough choice. I probly won't decide till I get there.

I personally don't care if i see ferry at all..I wouldn't be attending the event if it were nor for JH. It's not that I dislike ferry, just that holden is absoluely mesmerizing..plus this is holden's 1st time in TO and i have already seen ferry.

For me the choice is obvious - James Holden & Bill Hamel...
I've seen Ferry 3 times, with that last time being one of the most boring sets I've heard, and BT is just... well, I might check him out too.

Oh yeah, Luke Fair! Can't miss that guy... supporting the local talent, that's what it's all about!

Definately Holden for 2 reasons.
1.) Holden is better
2.) Holden is rarely here

I am very interested to see the lineups, and im hoping that it doesnt conflict with who i want to see (since getting from room to room seems to be a problem at the Guv/KH most of the time)

Well, I haven't seen either as well. Since I'm a TRANCE fan, I'll be seeing Ferry and BT. James Holden is young and I can wait for him.
