I am so excited about Melbourne next week after hearing all your reviews!! A few questions:

To the person that had the Armin Angel t-shirt on, did you make that yourself, or where did you get it???

Great to see you all had a fantastic time, Armin is indeed GOD!!

OMG OMG OMG, Armin's set was just absolutely mint ! you guys mentioned a fair few tracks but left out Scott Bond vs Solar stone - The 3rd earth, this hit really hit the mark for me :D

The meetup was just awesome, very well organised, congratulations to efff_beee for absolutely outstanding organisation, it was a pleasure meeting you all, we really should organise more get togethers last night was just a huuuuuggggggeeeee success and everyone that was involved will tell you so. I spent the majority of Armin's set with Hyperdimension, web and crasher kid and as webbie said there probably only two tracks we couldn't id and as Helen confirmed one of them was Armin vs Ferry - From the heart. Big shout out to Crasher kid, Ive never seen anyone freak as much as you did when Armin dropped Airwave vs rising star - Sunspot (Dcml mix) that was site to remember ! Big shoutout also goes out to Web, Hyperdimension, Ves, jace, Trancey Ash and waxology (you killed it dude ! it was pleasure meeting you)

Armin, what can I say, words do not describe the man, track selection and mixing was absolultely flawless  Its not only
that, he always had a massive smile on his face and he brought the crowd alive through the fact of his bright personality. Only another 5 days till we see him again @Gas :)

my real name is Sidney for anyone that didn't catch it !

The feeling is incredibly mutual mate - i trust you like hundreds of us from over 3 forums enjoyed Armin's set - the hype is most definitely worth it and i sincerely hope that same type of undying love for trance can be exploited on Friday - Enjoy Yourselves :)

By coincidence i stumbled upon auta members:

Web - his avatar directed me in the right direction and i dont have any regrets as far as introducing myself - a champion is his own right.

WaXology - your notorious Vandit t-shirt (which is downright noice btw) helped me make out who you were - it was nice meeting you.

Trancey Ash - Your GU shirt that you said you were going to be wearing (and all the specifications that you added about it aswell helped :P ) You seemed abit shocked intially but who wouldnt be?

Helen K - I met you for the first time in GU room - no hesitations/regrets - a woman's whos passion for music should inspire us all - Get some rest for Friday yeh?

Djway: More so on ITM but your friendship is one that...im speechless. You know how i feel about you matey - Take Care and all the best eh?

Last but undoubtedly not least S_Madis:

Ive never met someone as down to earth and friendly - your passion for tunespotting is incredibly admirable and i enjoyed your company throughout the night. I can only hope that we have more opportunities in which to meet in the near future - its people like you i never forget.

Your words about Armin's set polarize it nicely - not much more can be added.

- Spot on mixing
- Flawless track selection including my tear-jerker Sunspot
- Journey-esque

You couldn't ask for a more euphoric set - he and your community have lived up to its reputation it deserves and it just showed me and countless others in attendance that auta stands above the negativity and indeed makes you proud to be apart of such a, what i think a tightly knit community.

Take Care and enjoy Friday you ing nutters! :stongue:
Ves
OMFG!! well, it was my first ever dance event..and what an event it was !!!

What was with security though?! no still cameras! screw that! and no chewing gum? uh huh...yep that chewing gum can be real dangerous.

anyhoo, Dave Seaman was great! and he's such a character, great interaction with the crowd! loved how he sang along as he played his records
He played bedrock - emerald (filterheadz remix)! w000t! was in awesome !
james holden - nothing
underworld - two months off
some remix of U2 - staring at the sun (I think...not too sure about that one..)
...I had no idea what the other tracks he played were, hehe..nonetheless, he was pretty damn good! I had a ball !

Was there for only the second half of Armin unfortunately.. but my god what I was there for was ing fantastic! the atmosphere in there was electric! The place was goin off, everywhere I looked I could see the intense happiness in everyone's faces! particularly front row centre :D
...and FOR AN ANGEL!!!!!!!! :D:D!
I love it how Armin is constantly smiling! and I’m sure getting such a positive reaction from the crowd made him even happier. 'twas top stuff!

Regretfully, last years 2tribes definately was better than this year. There were rides, more stalls, more people to my recollection and an outdoor arena(MOS) for people to just kick back and chill.

AvB did play a great set but it kinda got boring towards the end of his set(imo) he definately mixed better at Godskitchen last year.
Musta missed you guys at the front there cause eRRaTiK and I were right at the fornt on the right side tripping to the music as usual. :D

Overall had a great time but was definately a let down compared to my past experiences (2tribes 2002, Godkitchen, Perfecto Tour to name a few.)

Best set was definately Oakenfold's perfecto tour set and best event was 2tribes 2002.
