Watched some TV this afternoon. All new channels were talkign about it.
Monday March 17th will be a 'moment of truth for the world' says bush

St. Patrick's Day will signify 'the end' of diplomatic resolutions.
They say Bush will announce that US declares War, will give Iraqi people a chance to get out, will give Saddam a chance to leave the country, before bombing begins
can't believe this .
how do u guys think this will affect canada? |

this is not only gonna affect canada but the rest of the world as well
we are alreadys eeing the affects of this thru our gas prices..freakin crazy right now...
i dont get the reasoning behind why they insist on making iraq a democracy..it is stoopid cos all the arab nations are under dictatorship and introducing a democrazy is gonna everything up for the following reasons:
1. the people arent used to it
2. there is much more order in a dictatorship (i say this from personal experience)

I think this is gonna seriously effect the stability of the whole region.... maybe even the whole world.
US, Britain and Spain is showing that the UN actually has no real power.
its bloody f*cking ridiculous, but you knew war was inevitable. The USA is not gonna spend billions of $$ on prepping for war, only to back down because the rest of the world doesn't agree. |

That is the Reason Germany is Smart enought to stay out of it. Germans don;t jsut follow a Gun slinging Texan that says a certain country has weapons without showing the Public any REAL evidence. With Germany and France staying out of it, as well as other E.U countries, look for the Euro To Rise. Good Thing I still got My citizenship.
But Seriously. This is Bull. Companies like Hydro and Cell phone companies are harrasing you like mad for u to pay up your bills cause of this too. This is gonna affect all of us.
You know how we shoudl Protest this? By Partying MORE. I think the best way to forget about this crap is for all of us to go out more. Maybe not clubbing, but rather NO-WAR related Socializing. Anyone up for it? |
