| Quite simple: Only through defeating a common evil and through self-sacrifice could peace be attained between 2 warring factions who have fought long and hard for pretty much the erernity. I think there's much deeper religious plotline here involving most of the modern day conflicts which go back many centuries, especially if you look at where Zero-One is located in the Animatrix :P |

| From Hellraiser? Hmm...now that you mention it... :D |

If you look at Matrix 1 and Matrix 2 you see that it shows nothing supernatural. Everything is justified with a logical explanation, and "possiblity". Why is it different in 3?
If you look at Neo, he is able to see "energies" of objects and is able to stop tons and tons of metal with just his hand.
Did you wonder why? How is this possible.
You have to see what this movie is secretly showing. Where was the first time you saw such things? Matrix 1?
hmmm |

hmm are u talking about the time when he stopped the bullets at the end of the first movie,???:conf:
but I could be wrong since he did it again in the second movie too. |

Actually, in the intro of the second movie, when all the code is flying around and , you see an image of a fractal equation :) Now all know that you can pretty much infinitely break down the fractal and keep zooming in more and more, which right there gave me the suggestion that their real world is within another world, and that upper world is within another, etc, recursively all the way up :P so to free themselves, they'd have to beat many many many worlds and free themselves :P
So once he fried those sentinels at the end of the second movie, it kinda proved my theory :D Although they mentioned nothing of it in the third eheheh bastards! :D |

Exactly what I said above.
Finally someone sees it. |

Hehehe, we don't come from the same country without a reason :D haha
But then again, the theoretical physicist in me loves the idea of trying to explain the universe through ways that most people can't comprehend (now imagine if you could break atoms down more and more..which you probably can, and then find out that our universe is really just small bits of a bigger atom :D it kinda goes with the idea of the infinite matrices in the movie).
I tried to explain this to my friend today who saw the movie with me, he liked the idea, just wish there were more hints in the movie. "Matrix 4: Things Revisited" anyone? :D |

Dude, you're a few years late.
hahahh

Hahah no no, I know they've found subatomic particles within the protons/neutrons, quarks and neutrinos or something like that, which makes me believe that they can go deeper :P
Now what I'm wondering is, if Neo was able to realize that even the real world was virtual, then he'd be unstoppable. Sure, he'd have to take an eternity to work his way up to the real world, but he'd eventually do it (albeit as an old fart :D) |
