remember when neo asked morpheus what happens if u die in the matrix, and morpheus said the body cant live without the mind...
well neo finally got a deeper understanding of the matrix and how it worked (when he stops bullets u can see that he's seeing in the code)and once he understands this, he can also understand that hes not dying and whats happening in the matrix isnt real...
and watch that scene again, its cool how he gets shot, doesnt feel anything at all, then looks down at the blood and finally falls back...and ofcourse hes way stronger than this too cuz he can bring others back to life too....trinity |
yeah i got all of that, i really like the part that he looks at the blood, its great. but i thought maybe there is more i didnt get or something, whatever he is alive :D |

another thing about Matrix that you guys might find intersting is ..
Origianlly the first guy they asked to play Neo was Will Smith, i think that wouldve been the worst decision, not that smith cant act but he would turn everything into a joke. i dont think he has one serious movie. just wanted to let you guys know :happy2: |

ok so Matrix Rev. came out just today WORLDWIDE at the same time.
it's amazing to see how they managed to do that.
my review on MIII?
it's very very simple actually. i understand what the matrix is.
here it comes;
IT'S A FLIPPIN EQUATION!!!!!!
- NEO = Smith
--> Neo + human work + Smith = machine energy
we know that Neo and Smith cancel out so we get:
humans work = machine energy
but while elimenating Neo and Smith, the machine and humans started living in an equilibrium.
My guess is: some ppl will be used for energy (slaves) and the masters are the rest of the human race. One BIG utopia.
now that the machines and the humans are working together again, we live happily ever after :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip:
THEN WHY?????? IT's ALL gonna happen again. Humans are STUPID and arrogant... DAAAAH!
i'm going ccrazzyyyy:nervous: :nervous: :nervous: :nervous: |

this movie was weak and a waste of my time.
i felt like i was in a mechwarrior video game. mindless shooting.
2% of the movie takes place in the matrix and it sucked.
pathetic attempt at the final chapter which ruined the trilogy in my opinion. |

wow...I really liked most of it.
neo and smith are opposites, they cancel each other, so you THINK that neo is dead. I personally dont think he is. because when Neo was being carried away on the death ship type thing, it went to the 'orange matrix' view type thing that Neo had. Makes me think he is still alive.
I thought the neo vs smith fight was pretty weak. lets fly around and spin about and run you into the ground. whoopdeedoo
I dont see how anybody can justify calling the Wachowski brothers sell outs. The biggest sell out moment they had was..wait, in matrix 2 w/ the beamer/caddilac promo. Everything else is spot on.
one thing I didnt catch
Smith replicated himself into the oracle, and the lil chinese guy, then how were they alive at the end? And what was the significance of the matrix 'dissapearing' and then the double take of the cat (when something goes wrong in the matrix)
Im glad they left the movie open ended. It gives me things to think about, and after all that fighting, teh overwhelming theme of the movie is equality and peace.
neo and smith balance
oracle and architect balace
who is 'mervs' opposite? Morpheus?(merv thinks cause and effect, while morpheus believes in higher powers?)???
And I wish they spent more time in the matrix. Fun stuff happens there.
I give it a 7.75 on 10 |

When you see the double take of the cat, it's when something in the Matrix is changed right? So after Smith got destroyed I think the matrix was effectivly "rebooted" which brings back the original state of the programs like the oracle and the lil chinese guy.

I don't think the architect is the Oracles opposite, I think the merv is the Oracles opposite. Remember how the merv is suppose to control all information that flows, and can even write programs and such. While the oracle can see the "future" and in effect control the path of neo and the human people. I think there is no opposite to the architect, I think the architect symbolizes god, a supreme being. remember in the end when the Oracle said "are you going to hold up to the bargain and keep peace" <-or something like that? and he says "what do you think I am? Human?" |

Over all, forgeting the one liners and the weak fight between Neo and Smith, i enjoyed the movie. i reached to the conclusion that peace and love is what keeps us alive after all these years. If we were to follow evolution's path, we would have ended up the same way many species ended up.
peace and love it is... i don't mind :p |

lol, oh god...I could just see it;
Morpheus: "Agents are coming!"
They all start running, while in the background you hear "Here come the men in black" |

nope...Neo doesn't equal Smith. They are opposites of eachother. Neo = One, and Smith = negative One. They cancel eachother out when they merge.
Humans and machines living happily ever after? Was there something they showed after the credits?? Because they don't show what really happens after, or how long this peace will last.
Will it all happen all over again? Who knows. What happens after the credits start to roll in the movie's world is up to you to figure out for yourself.
I think that the movie did what it was supposed to do very well. It ended a great plot.
Also, I don't understand how the Wachowski's are sellouts :conf: is it because this movie didn't have the philosophical mystique that the first one did? If so, then I think that Revolutions was never meant to offer deep philosophical insights; it's the climax of the story, not the introduction. And I'm glad we didn't get any bogus, out of this world plot twists cuz thats what everyone was expecting; some big, deep mindboggling ending :-\ They could've done the last scene a little differently, but hell, I"m not gonna complain about it's cheeseyness cause Matrix 1 was full of cheese as well (actually, many many movies these days are cheesey in one way or another). |
