I guess it was inevitable that this would happen, considering how big TA has gotten over the years.Certain individuals in this thread are textbook examples of the trend you mentioned. |

again i conclude that this board is full of short-sighted people.
the topic of the forum says "music discussion" indeed, so that may aswell go from trance to classical music imo.
and again, indeed, if you dont like hip-hop, dont bother replying to this topic.
man just a bit respect plz for anything that is non-eletronical (and i dont like hip-hop myself btw).
sad sad sad

| Some of you are hypocritical retards. You can't understand why people don't like trance, yet you needless slate other genres. I dislike rap, but I don't care, because I like trance. Why must people be so negative...? |

well. my two cents after making fun.
if only these so called artist would put some actuall time and effort into their genre of music it would be different. nothing inovative. they make up words that don't exist further corrupting the english language so that it can rhyme with other words. in the end i have little to no respect for them at all. of course this does not apply to all of the rap artist. i have heard a couple of good songs by different artist that are rather good.
so to conclude. if you are easily entertained good for you.

Hmmm... someone needs some. Electronica (or electronic music) = techno(detroit/u.k./german), trance(melodic,vocal,psy/goa,hard,uplifting,prog), house(hard, deep, lounge), hard-style, hardcore, dance (euro, new york), jungle, ambient/chillout
now, RAP.. even though it uses decks(turntables), drum machines and is produced in studio etc. etc. .. is not Electronica .. its created electronically no doubt about that(even though groups such as The Roots create it old fashioned way with a real band) but it doesnt fit the criteria of ELECTRONICA GENRE.. tnx |
That was a good post.
However, the forum description says electronic music, NOT electronica (which isn't even a genre). |

maybe you've only heard of people like ja rule, nelly, 50 cent etc...if you actually knew anything about true hip hop and what it is you'd listen to people like 2pac, biggie, nas, wu-tang, public enemy i can go on and on and discover how great true hip hop really is besides all the whack "rappers" you hear on the radio today |
