Ya....
I was really not going to come last night but I hadnt really seen you guys in a few weeks so I decided to go :)
It was a memorable night.
When he droped Case vs. Slide Perception I felt the whole vibe in roxy go through the roof.
Alex thank you for giving him that record :)
This was the best armin set I have witnessed ever. He played RAW for 4.5 hours. At times everyone was just staring at him thinking wtf is this record lol.
I had to request Slipstream 3 times to get him to played it. I also requested Js ten Nature but he didnt have it on him.
I was great seeing everyone you all know who you are ;)
Now we begin the NU NRG @ ARC chant ! |

Nice seeing the TAs. All in all a great night. Wasn't expecting much from DJ Remy but man oh man he threw down the sickest stuff!!!! He's gonna be on the "to watch list" for me. Awesome set by Armin too, he played so much upbeat tracks compared to the last time he was at roxy. Too bad about technical problems but armin made it up by dropping ATRC(avb remix) after that so it was all good!! :toothless
Kinda cool that it wasn't as crowded as usual. Everyone had lotsa room to dance and chill. :crazy: |

OMG!!!!! armin's set was f*ckin' off the hook.....he dropped the illest beats last night.....went with a bunch of friends......unfortunately, didn't meet any of you TA's, but i'm sure i will soon.....i tried to get up where the boothe was, but it was so packed i couldn't even get through;) i have never seen armin before and he blew me away....:D :D and blew up the spot:eyes: roxy had the perfect vibe last night, and the perfect amount of people there...you had room to dance and room to chill....it was by far a perfect night...my friends and i can't stop talking about it...lol:haha:
at the end of the night when i got up near armin...who was the TA who was screaming "Drop this record, you only come here twice a year...etc....." that's when you know you're having a good time:p
does anyone know the last track he played??? i don't know what it is,but it was sick!!!:conf:
i love tiesto, but armin may have bumped him out of the #1 spot in my book:D |

anyone else think that armin was just a cool DJ as well as droppin the beats? he came out afterwards and tried to interact with as many as possible.. i thought he was great

hmm, armins set was really nice. tracks that made my night were:
push - strange world (2000 remake)
HAAK-FRENZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! def loved haak's tune on a phazon
5th dimension - rain of emotion
karada - last flight (robert nickson remix)
david gahan - dirty sticky floors (JXL Vocal)
perception!!!!!
ATRC (armin remix)-sounded nice, def played this track way to early in his set, i still think markus schulz remix OWNS it but thats just my opinion
trancesetters - the saga - wow havent heard that in a while, was surprised to hear it
remy's set was a really good opening set, i lovedddd that remix of that beastie boys track, i def gotta find out the name of that. Also Size DDD - Techno sounded real good on a phazon, def good opening set on his part
overall good night, what really pissed me off was armin's ego. I really think he grew an ego since december. He wouldnt sign Alex's TA shirt, we kept asking him when he came out and he would just ignore us and walk away, that really pissed me off, other than that, nice meeting & seeing all the ta's again, you know who you are heh. |

when i was driving to roxy blasting Dirty Sticky Floor, i was telling my friends that if he drops this song, hes gonna make my night. i think two songs in and that familiar melody began to play. i would say that i finally forgive armin for the two times he didnt show up at Exit. one of the best nights ive had in a couple of months. nice to see the TAs i know, luna, pyro, my twin.
oh yeh, they were confiscating cameras at the door, so i doubt anyone has any pictures inside. they do give the cameras back when u leave.
i need to go sleep... |
