absolutely in amazing!!! from start to finish (except for those 2 extra long silences??? wtf?) superb.
Someone please post a very detailed tracklist. lol
Sorry, I couldn't mingle with the TAs much. I had a ton of friends from another side of the world that originally thought Armin was just full of cheese. This set proved them wrong.
I'm starving and still peakin. what do I do??? :confused: |

i am guilty of thinking that this show was gonna be all cheese.. he tore it up, nonstop, playing anythign i could have possibly imagined, great mixes, and a ridiculous close. i cant believe he played airwave 2003! i thought that some of the set sounded pvd-ish? disagreements are welcome.
anyone know why he stopped in the beginning?

Looked like something happened to the sound system. Twice.
I was near the booth when it happened, and could see the area where the amps and other controls where. First time, all the lights and LED's for the controls went out. The second time they stayed on, so I'm not sure what happened then.
Funny thing is that the sound also cut out at his previous time at Roxy (and in NYC, for that matter), back in December. Seems that their system has trouble handling him.
Other than that, it was a great night. Excellent opening by DJ Remy.
The lasers were awesome - looks like they added some smaller units (like what are used at Arc) to the big one. At least I hadn't seen those units on previous occassions at Roxy that I had been to (I missed Tiesto in May).
After his set, Armin came out of the booth/VIP area to shake hands and sign autographs. |

1st time was a amp failure where 1 of the stacks decided to quit.
2nd time was because the fire department decided to show up so they had to stop the music while they checked the capacity #'s...
good night, got drunk, saw a lot of people, havent slept yet, and im leaving for Marco V in 3 hours :haha: |
