I went to see Guy and he was bang on.... He sure lived up to his reputation of playing amazing but little-known tracks.. Some of the songs this guy played were just amazing! WOW! What a treat!
I wish my food poisoned body would have kept up longer - but I had to depart early (like hell I was going to spend time in the guv bathrooms)..
Good to see everybody - you all are awesome! It may be a while since I see you again (Aug 8 for edgar v) since I'll be on holidays in Saskatchewan, North/South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana from July 23 to Aug 4.
I had a great night, guy is an amazing DJ. |

What a night. I just got home now. I try to refrain form posting untill i get some sleep but tonight was amazing.
Got there around 12ish and surprised to see a not so bad line.
Mark Oliver played amazing setting up ornadel. Sometime after 1 Ornadel came on. I stayed sober for his set because i wanted to "soak up" every beat and rember it.
Ornadel didnt disapoint one bit and i can assure you he loves Toronto.
He was right in there with the crowd. What was cool is that this time (unlike last) I got him to come downstairs to the guv where he was mingiling with the crowd.
Mark Oliver closed amazing.
Top Quality night.
Also, If i may add due to the number of incidents tonight where I had to help out a number of strangers.
Becareful and listen to your body.
I give the night a serious 10/10.
Sorry no review for the Kool Haus cuz i didnt really party in there. |

I've been feeling so deprived of good trance in this city for over a month now, and he spun a perfect, hard, uplifting, bang-on set! I LOVED IT! This was definitely one of the best trance sets I've heard here!
Oh, and um, yeah, there was some stuff in the Kool Haus... someone else can tell you about that.

Well, KoolHaus was the place to be in Toronto last night!
Addy started off the night with his chunky tunes, and as the KoolHaus was getting filled up, the harder and more tribally Addy went... by the time Creamer & K got on, the atmosphere was just perfect! Then they threw down some massive tunage (a-la OH MY GOD) until Danny came on around 3am... he started off a bit slow, so I went to GUV to check out the atmosphere at that point, and I seriously couldn't stand the music at that place so I spent the next half an hour on the patio getting some fresh air... then hit KH again, and boy, oh boy, was that place getting nastier by a minute! Danny Howells really exceeded my expectations by far on that one, and it really hurt me that I had to leave around 5am... wow. This guy was totally and undeniably something else that night!
The party in KH gets 10/10, and I really liked how they put the DJ booth on the floor and got the DJs closer to the crowd, and how they made that original DJ stage a VIP stage. Whoever came up with that one, good job!
Props to all the mad-men I've seen in there, and all the girlie girls that were hitting on me (or the other way around, can't really remember)...
Endlesswave, rememeber that blonde with the ring? That was jokes... by the way, send me that Cyprus link or whatever you mentioned last night.

I will be honest, when i got in kool haus it was quiet empty around 12ish - 1
i went to guv saw ordanel blew me away:toothless
it was fun partying with everyone and i was lucky to make it out

What a night!!!!!
Me and Armada got to KH around 12:30 or so Creamer and K was ripping up the place with some sick tribal/progressive house. After an hour or so we went to back stage and find out that Stephane K was using a laptop instead of vinyls and cds. At the end of their set I had a chance to talk to John Creamerwho gave me some free DRINKS. Also John' gf gave me a copy of 'in house we trust 3'. Stephane was in a hurry, but he said that he used LIVE software with midi mixer controller for his set. Some of the tunes that they played were:

I had a such good chat with him about Montreal and that he was pretty upset when he found out last minute that he had to play 12 hour set. Overall this night deserve to have a mark of 10/10, great DJS, great ppl around, a lot of room to dance and breathe. |

What a crazy set by Ornadel ! Unfortunately I had to leave right in the middle of it, but whatever I heard has been absolutely amazing!! Surprisingly enough there was lots of room to dance and it wasn't hot at all. Hopefully it will always be like that. Overall a very fun night, somewhat spoiled by my early departure. Oh well.
What was that remix of "As the rush comes" he dropped? Was the Armin remix? Certainly sounded like it.

guy ornadel was incredible soo many good tracks he played... some from nyana.. i know high roller was calling quite a few of them.. but i cant remember the names of the songs
Danny howells was playing some relaly good progressive from around 3:30 onwards.. it was great!.. i had to leave at around 4:30 am tho so i probably missed the climax of his set
great to see many of the toronto ta's once again.. i havent been here in toronto for a while so its good to see you guys again

loved KH... craziness... :crazy:
I was there the whole time... jumping around...
I went to GUV for a couple of minutes, around 1 am, just to make sure I wasn't missing on even better stuff... but nah :)
GUV was so sweaty and crowded, no room for dancing...
went back to KH, and stayed there... till the very end :)
all I have to say is WOW! really, but really surprised...

addy = VERY good dj...i really liked his stuff
creamer and stephane k = made me lose alll my vibe in the kool haus with what looked like technical difficulties for the first song. went to the guv
ornadel - euphoria....the guy was unstoppable...AMAzing
mark - perfect:) as usual..
had to leave early..around 6 cuz a few friends of mine wanted to go somewhere else. |
