Yeah, I remember that! Traffic was truly one of the highlights. Like I said, it was mainly what kicked off the real energy of the night.
I don't remember any different mix of Connected being played. It was just the Moto Mix (which is the 'original' mix, correct?). |

No dude, I left when you didn't let Nu-NRG encore and started your set.
BTW, Butterfly or Take Your Air as a lead track would have been a great way to keep the flow going. |
first of all
nu nrg told me they were done and gave me the green light to start my set so ur wrong right there. if they wanted to do an encore, they woulda said so. maybe a clue would be good for u right now. also, the management SWITCHED the control boards back to the dj booth so even if nu nrg was going to play a song, no one would hear it because the booth was the source of power so i had to start.
next
i didnt want to open with another nu nrg track. they are all great songs and they work real well for me usually but i didnt feel like playing yet another nu nrg tune at that moment. 10 within 1 hour's time is good. instead i opened with armins new tune (slipstream) which is a great opener in my book too. dont jump into conclusions when u seriously have no idea what ur talking about... |

it's the vandit mix. it's pretty bad.

did anyone notice that he played like a REALLY REALLY OLD song in a crazy mellowed out kinda mix.. the original was real hard hitting and the version he played was kinda techie, more mellow.. its a song that pvd used to frequent a lot back in the day.
i also think the old house song that he played for like 1.5 mins was "sm traxx - the groove" |

Owned??...(doesn't even look like a word if you stare at it)
Vic, didn't mean to disrespect you like that.
I just wasn't totally satisfied with 60mins. of NuNRG that night and wanted more. Slipstream is a fantastic lead off song, and from what I read, your selection was on point that night.
Best of luck. |
