See... when issues like this come onto a forum it's often not as easy as banning the individual cuz then you have a lynch mob effect where if you get enough people against someone then you can get anybody banned.
Things are further confused when the person in question is female - some others (males) who are then not familiar with the whole situation automatically give her the benefit of the doubt (based on her gender and/or their own lack of dates) - and this adds fuel to the fire.
The only safe way to remove a 'troll' is to have their actions speak for themselves until they permeate through the core membership of the respective forum section until it is SAFE to remove/ban them entirely and not have anyone question the action...
Soo.. umm.. yea.. it's nearing that point.. I'm sick of reading this .. YES the pic of partyprincess with a bag on her head is inappropriate.. blah blah blah - but past actions brought that upon her - I'm not going to play the role of the principal of an elementary school coming in here cleaning up every stupid little fight.

This is not a stupid little fight man. This has been going on for so long, you know it, and we know it. Something has to be done about this and soon.
Do you really want to lose all of your dedicated members because of some troll?
Take someone like Nathalie for example. She has been on this board for ages and is always making people feel welcome at parties which makes them want to post on TA and come to TEMPORAL RHYTHM parties. When's the last time she's posted?
I don't think you realize how many people are on the brink of giving this up completely.
Ignoring her doesn't work, fighting with her doesn't work. What do you suggest? |

Its one who goes on one or more message board(s) and causes trouble...should the person be banned, the person comes back under a new ID and causes more trouble....remember tiesto14???

| I think that there are a lot more smarter people here on TA than most people think. I'm sure among the hundreds or so people who actually post, there are probably thousands of people who simply lurk yet can immediately draw conclusions upon someone's true behaviour without having to be told that the same person is an idiot .. |

It just seems like we should be able to solve this problem. Fix it. You know there are kids at school like this. They're insecure and combative. Like if you just show you care and if you're nice to them, they'll come around. I get the feeling she gets this abuse everywhere she goes so her behaviour has become a defense mechanism. Like strike first...hurt them before they hurt me.

shes been insecure since she signed up....thats why the arrogant posts and defence mechanism as u stated..its not new....just that off late shes been overdoing her bit |
