whatever the it is, its excellent. helstrip definitely has an ear to create fresh melodies without biting off other existing tracks nor going sample crazy.

After Affinity they've all sounded stale to me.

I'd rather listen to sample crazy and rehashed melodies as long as they sound refreshing in the dancefloor.

stealing beauty is great and the quick follow up santa cruz is a harder approach of the rapid eye sound. works execellent at peaktime. havent heard his recent remixes but helstrip's one of the most consistant trance producers of our time.

Steve Helstrip music is simple but one of the most catching and original melodies ever, with feelings, so I dont have nothing to complain about, if he is on a "downfall" cus you are complaning about the music is not good like some time ago, why dont ya remember other artists like Tiesto, Armin and PVD too"?
