During business hours with my old campany's phone, it was a regular occurance, especially when outside of Toronto, like the surrounding GTA.. i.e Markham, Richmond Hill.

The only crap thing about Rogers is their billing dept... constantly mis-charged.. I have to pour over my bill every month and sort it out.

that's unfortunate .. anyhow, let's not turn this thread into a cell phone provider rant

i'm juss curious to see how this service does in the long run .. it's the first time anything like it has been introduced in Canada. what i want to see is if it catches on and other providers adopt it..

I HATE ROGERS!!! ING THIEVES!!!

I have rogers, they don't steal anything of mine :conf:
and i'm happy with the services, I found bell the worst for when it came to reception and i had the top of the line phone over 565 at the time too.

TELUS & FIDO! Bell is cool, but cost too much ... Rogers is sketchy, but it's 90% things are ok.

In September I am getting this.

I'm ing sick and tired of not getting message in this house and no one picking up the phone because it's hidden somewhere.

cheers to fido over this, as always i'm hesitant on doing anything as dramatic as switching cells, until I can move over my telus ## or telus takes over fido :p I'm gonna stick with telus.

I'll be signing up in two days for this. I have no problems with Fido, I don't care about coverage, I live in the City. I don't have any lost calls or network busy signals. They have per second billing, way better roaming partners then Rogers, and cheaper roaming at that ($.20/min vs. $.95/min). I don't even consider CDMA an option.
Tudo Beleza
I have Telus, i had to buy out my phone instead of getting a contract, but i think the service is great. Though i doubt this service will come to small old peterborough.

haha... but next year i will be in Japan, so i get phones that have tv on them and camera :D

Probably as much as it costs to learn how to read ;)

lol yah know.. i wouldnt mind if I could transfer my ## over.. I'd have to break my contract with telus, but the $200 penalty is saved over the course of the year in the savings from calls. oh.. hrmm i'd have to buy a new phone too then.. grrr.. :whip:
