By the way about that map we had up here before - i asked the guy at fido today and he explained it all to me right there in the store. if you're in the yellow area (no matter where) and someone is calling you (no matter from where) it's free for you...BUT if you are calling someone outside of the typical Toronto area you will pay the LD. So basically it's free incomming calls anywhere in the yellow area. |

I just went to Rogers here in Kingston, and the V600 isn't available yet !! Not here anyway...
I like Rogers. In my area, even if I am in the boonies, I get service. Some of my freinds have service from other companies and they don't. But I guess you guys don't go into the boonies much... |

| I feel like i am the only one who has Telus. I find there service great, in peterborough rogers really has horrible coverage. And bell phones i did not like. So i went with Telus, it is expensive, like 50 dollars a month, but it is worth it. |

So today I called Rogers to cancel my plan (contract expiring on June 4th) without giving them too much explanations why - just told them I found a better offer...so they started asking me OMG WHY HOW COME TELL US WHERE YOU ARE GOING...after all this whining and begging to stay over the phone she put me on hold...and then she gave me an offer I couldn't refuse...
200 minutes, unlimited evenings and weekends, caller id - all for $20/month :eyes:
I told her I'll think about it but most likely will have to stay...that's just so damn cheap :crazy:

i'm gonna get a V500 from Orange in the UK and bring it back here and flex the firmware to a V600 for Fido .. :D
