My mistake. Sorry mate. You can imagine im on the defensive right now when an entire board is doubting my integrity.
I know I should speak to my local authorities, but I cant do anything until I have hard evidence, so they take me seriously. Thats how the cops work. They prioritize by how fast they can resolve something. |

They doubt your integrity it because it looks like you have to do something with this (dont quote this, by saying looks i didnt say that you did it)
you said that you are going to send them money, when you do it, make sure you will do a copy of money order/paypal printout/whatever so when you do the other persons case you will have a proof that you actually did it so when you will end up in court (with the scammer) you will get your money back from him/her |

Yup. Kept all receipts, and I used delivery confirmation on the money orders Ive sent out so far.
Also, DJThanh and d3020 have agreed to post pictures of their money orders when they receive it, so that people can slowly restore their faith in my integrity. |

Just a note here. And not one of guilt or innocence.
Spective, I've been posting as we go here so you should know that I'm keeping up with the story. True I've not lost anything here and it's more out of curiosity and my concern over the trustworthiness of TA.
But you have said that you can't go to the police because of lack of evidence. You also say you have studied law. Now surely you know that you can approach them and say that you have been a victim of fraud (6 times over). Then it would be up to the police to assist in finding the evidence. Also the Internt Police (not sure on the exact department name) would help in assisting where the transactions were made. This applies for Tegus situation. Even though you say you can't help him, your integrity is still in doubt over that and it is still linked to you in some form.
Also just as a side note, where did you study law? Did you say you were in Florida? I know someone who went college there. Can't remember the name of it though. :) |

how about trying to speak to The Police instead of dismissing that they wont do anything due to "lack of evidence", try it first mate.

Spective, I found it a little odd that this morning there was no information about the tracking # (0303 2460 0000 6668 1607) that you provided via the usps site since the records are updated nightly. So, I called my local usps office here and inquired about it. They proceeded to tell me that the # was not showing any info. beceause the # is INVALID.
Can you please explain this?

Wow. I was wondering bout it all cause i was bout to get some CDJ1000's from her.....and i quoted someting and she would always "beat it" and be ready to ship the next day. know what i mean?
I still have her contact. What if i was to try to establish contact again to get it and catch her?
