Update here:
I still have not received the records. I have contacted USPS and inquired about the approx. amount of time this should take and they told me 2-9 postal days. I have requested that Stacey-L ask the post office where these were shipped from for any info. or do anything that would help us, but to my knowledge no such attempt has been made.
Stacey-L has communicated with me a few times regarding this and has talked about sending me a money order to reimburse me, but at this point nothing has been received. |

| calm down - the psot office might say 2-9 days but everyone is on vacation right now of course its slow - and she even said she will reimburse you if there was any problem - jsut calm down be patient |

Would you not say though it's a bit strange that Tegu also has not received a promied tracking #. Yes, it could be just that, a bit strange, but I guess we'll find out. |

Like I said, now that this has gotten so dragged out, if that mixer is anything less that PERFECT and if it does not include EVERYTHING that it came with I want a refund immediately before you ship it. |
