| Im not jumping on the bandwagon mate, and I am not accusing you of anything, maybe I didnt put it across very well, but the longer you take in refunding the people the more irate they will get, just get them refunded asap. |

Well basically, my ex-fiance Stacey used our old joint bank account to cash checks from these victims, and commit fraud.
Legally, I am obligated to pay them back since my name is on the account. However, I also genuinely feel bad for the victims here, so I am doing this because I dont want them to suffer anymore.
Also, once everyone is paid, they can all testify for me and sign affidavits saying i paid them, so that i can sue the real culprit (my ex fiance) and have evidence for it. This way I dont actually loose the money in the end. |

Well mate, I was just notified about this over teh weekend when one of the victims got a hold of my telephone # and rung me up and explained the situation.
I am doing the bset I can given the circumstances. I am trying to be the good guy here....ya know? Anyways, how have you been? Its been a while since I heard your arse spinning records on TA radio lol. |

I did, i've been intrigued with it since I seen it last week sometime.
Although Spectives next post just explained my question.
I don't really know what to make of all this now. I just hope everyone gets their money back.
On one side, if the refund comes through ok for everyone, then you'd have to say that Spective is telling the truth and will then get the money back from Stacey. But on the other hand you could say that he's got spooked by all of this and worried that something will happen to him so that's why he's refunding. After all why would you refund something that you didn't get?
I'm not really acusing here, just trying to be impartial.
Let us know what happens. :) |

didnt realise it was only over the weekend, so forget what I said, you should ensure tho that its a quick process. I dont think you have been fraudulent, seems like your missus has tho, is your name Sheyrar or is it Stacey-L's? wasnt she in Heman? :)
I've been fine thx man, I left TA for like 2 years after my complete inability to control my temper, I used to act like a twat on here a few years ago (nah u dont say! :stongue: ) but now I'm back and fine :) even Wicked Neo forgave me and me and him used to be arch enemies.
Lol, does "TA Radio" still exist, all I can remember from that is me going "THIS IS A ING TUUUUUUUUUUU-UUUUUUUUNE" - I still do that stuff =) haha |

I didnt "allow" him. He found my phone number some how, and then called me. He was my informant to the entire situation.
He will verify that my tone of voice indicated that I was completely shocked and unaware about the situation.
Also, now that I know that 6 people were victims of fraud, I dont need 6 people calling me at all hours trying to get a hold of me, especially when Im at work.
This way, I can have everything documented for when I sue the real Stacey, and I can give you all my undivided attention. |
