The SAT is designed to make you "think" a certain way. The authors of the SAT try to make the average kid think in logical manner in which he or she is not used to, alla verbal section. To measure a persons intelligence by the SAT is not only foolish, but degrading to the person as a whole. Personally I wish they did away with the SAT, and let your GPA and state tests speak for themselves.

There's a math and an English, or verbal, section. Each part has a maximum score of 800 and they combine the scores. It's a test people usually have to do if they want to apply to an American college or university.
I don't know in too great detail how the test actually works, I had to take one, but I don't think you can derive anything from it except being booksmart. I mean, multiple choice questions? C'mon. |

More recently I scored a 174 on the LSAT to win a $500 bet. |

Isn't the ACT out of 32? I got a 29 too...
SAT = 1370
Verbal = 760
Math= whatever 1370-760 is :P |
