Exactly. You are nothing like the person YOU WERE. I still think you are a good person at heart. You had your mistakes, and then you grew from them into the better person you are correct?
It might take me 2 years to get to be known as a good person again, but dont you think that 2 years ago, when people were giving you , it would have helped you become a better person if people positively reinforced your efforts instead of negatively?
I mean mate, I have nothing against you. I really did enjoy listening to you. Those were the good old days.
Just let me try moving on ok? You dont need to pass anymore judgement or try twisting my words around.
If anyone has the right to continue ting on my head, its those 5 individuals who I screwed over.
You know what the irony is? Those 5 individuals have been the most civil out of all of you. Ive had private conversations with Thanh and Tegu, and both have earned my respect because they understood that I came to my senses, I am sorry, and that they will get their money back (In Thanhs case, he already got his). I used to think Tegu was this little kid who was just being fed threats from his parents mouths. Although Jthorn and I havent reached a payment agreement yet, I still repect him for talking to me like an adult. I may not agree with what he thinks about me, but he doesnt use immaturity to convey is thoughts.
After speaking to him last night after I confessed, I just have to say he is a good guy. This motivated me to persue even more aggressively to find ways to get his money back. Now he only has to wait till next Tuesday.
Basically, the more you all positively reinforce your comments and advice, the faster I will get better. The more negative reinforcement, the harder I fall down each time. |

you know Spective, no matter how many times you apologize to everyone here... i dont think it really matters because there are always someone who will hate you and talk down on you.
Some will believe you and some won't... Its useless to respond to ppls comments on here.
I'm pretty sure you trying your best to right this wrong you made, so dont waste your time and stress over other ppls comments by explaining yourself. You know what needs to be done, so just do it.
and may this be a lesson for all(seller, buyer, and the people reading this), just be careful on purchases over the internet. If its too good of a deal, then it probably is! Hope everyone learned something valuable from this ordeal. I know i did!!!
Let us know how everything turns out... and the status of payment from everyone else.

| Are there just 5? I remember seeing several auctions on eBay for the same kind of powerbook Jeremy paid for. Not to mention other auctions of electronic equipment out there just before your account was killed. What happened with those people? |

Jeremy took care of warning any of the bidders on the other powerbooks I listed. Noone sent money. The only powerbook that was sent out was the only one I actually had, which went to Jeremy.
There are only 5 victims, because only 5 people actually sent me money. |

omg... ive studied ALOT of scams over the net, since this whole ordeal kinda fascinates me... Even if you are sick or not, before you posted this whole thread, you could have gotten out and bought a bottle of pills (whatever it is) photoshopped a prozac label and threw in yur name on it... Im not saying yur not sick, cus u clearly is a SICK MOFO, but when con artists get trapped, they do whatever they can too get out... I know you didnt do this, cus nobody is stupid enough to put in their real adress on the label... This is just an example...
I think we should have every right to rip on you, since you ripped off theese people (no pun intended (rip on, rip off if u didnt get it :P))
You may not have ruined their whole lives, but you have made them unable to use money, and they may or may not have lost their trust to the For Sale forum, or ebay, or whatever that isnt done face-to-face..

Thanks, Spective. I was just curious. I came from the ebay side of things, and was never aware of this place until I read about it in Jeremy's blog. I am a friend of his, by the way... though I never felt any inclination to speak on his behalf. He does well enough for himself. |
