Everyone,
I think one small thing that can end up preventing big scams like this from ever happening again, is for me to write a "how to complete a safe transaction on TA" thread. Then if people think its good enough, maybe it can be kept as a sticky.
This way you guys get to know advice from an ex-scammer, and know how to protect yourselves. |

Spective, do yourself a favor and stop reading/responding to these threads.
You don't need to keep yourself glued to this thread answering attacks and allegations like this is a talk show. And neither does anyone else for that matter. I don't want this turning into a flame war. We all know what happened, and it is in the process of getting resolved. Unless you have something new and insightful to add, please don't bother posting. If you'd like to post anything that could help make the situation better, by all means, please do. As much as I hate Spective for what he has done to me and others, I am tired of seeing you all attack him and one another.
This should be a thread about helping the victims to get their money back. What I would really like to hear from everyone at TA is their advice and help in getting my money back. If you've got something you'd like to bring to light, or some advice to give, please do, but enough with the flame wars.
I am in negotations with Spective now. By the way Spective, talk to me before you send anything my way or take loans out or whatever, please, Spective. You understand that I must still exercise a great deal of caution when dealing with you and I have not yet consented to anything.
So again, let's try to keep it professional here. This is really bringing the whole of TA down. |

^ because I have no venues to sell them. Noone trusts me here on TA and I have been banned from eBay.
PayPal has banned me as well, so the only way to pay me is through unsecure money orders and personal checks, which I will no longer accept only because I want a system of check and balances that helps me keep on track to being honest.
Tegu, you are right. That is the best post you have ever made in this situation. A lot of you jumped on the bandwagon of hate. This is now between myself and the victims. Tegu, I will definitely talk to you before I send anything your way. Though just realize that m friend is definitely giving me the money, and he is allowing me to pay him back in installments. This works best for both parties.
As for now, I think ve said everything I needed to say. I find myself just repeating myself over and over and getting upset.

I would have not thought that this simple transaction for some records would turn out to be like this, but I'm glad that its over, regarding me anyway. I received the money order today. |

because i very much doubt you will get any from the ppl on these forums of those that u have conned.
You say you are suffering from an illness, u know you are suffering but yet you continued to scam those ppl
there are posts in this forum from your alias only a month ago trying to sell vinyl to ppl.
the only reason you are not banned from these forums is so that other members can see you for who you are and so they can watch out for your lies and scams on other forums / ebay etc and not be taken in by you.
personally i don't belive you are ill, you have shown yourself to be a habitiual lier, so why should anyone on here belive you did what you did because you was ill.
any drug is availble on the street so those photo's you have taken can be real but as to wether you are ill
I seriously doubt it
you deserve everything you get and should be in jail.
I certainly would not employ you or would want anything to do with you.
