Thanks for clarifying, I didn't realize pimp could be misconstrued as a bad thing. ;)
As for Phelps' arrogance, I haven't seen it, but have only seen a few post race interviews. It's almost to be expected at least somewhat due to his talent at the age of 19. |

| Phelps was a victim of the American Media Hype Machine imho. I mean I doubt anyone will ever top Mark Spritz's amazing Munich Games (1972) record, which is 7 Gold. I don't think it will done by anyone in the near future because swimming is so competitive. You have to beat the faves in certain distances, Phelps will have a true daddy of a summer games, he'll come home with 6-8 medals, probably 5 gold and 3 bronze. He is talented but to win 8 Gold medals, you have to beat the thorpedo and he's just unstoppable at times. Thorpe had a daddy of games as well, 3 Gold. |

| Nah the reference to Tony Hawk is not valid, Hawk is an empire to himself. Hawk dominated the skateboard circuit, no one came close, it used to be, who's going for second. The American media machine will hype Phelps to death but he will never be a Mark Spritz (7 Gold Medal and 7 World Records). |
