I think it's funny how mr. Negativity tried to chime in to make himself look cool, and ended up looking like a jackass. I never hear anything beyond neutral from that guy. He must have a trite and meaningless life.
Mark - Don't sweat him being a jackass. Everyone else seems to be fine with the way you did it, and we also see work that is probably worth checking out(I haven't heard em yet, as aforementioned). Even if I don't get somewhere to download it, it is cool that you made it available to everyone. |

yeh man, i must look like such a jackass :rolleyes: At the end of the day, youre the one who listens to bull like mark 'public domain' sherry.
He must be the worst dj thats ever lived. What are his mixes doing in this forum anyway? I dont care if he isnt an amateur, the fact that hes total dog and still perpetuating his career on the back of total rip off tracks he made in the past says it all for me. There are a thousand 'amateur' djs in the world better than this joker.

You're an ignorant, elitist tard, you realise? What's your opinion of his mixing ability got to do with you attacking him for trying "to be cool"? Oh, I get it, you're trying to cover your publically-humiliated ass by attacking his mixing, aren't you? And he's a pro DJ, he's obviously better than you, so he must be doing something right.
And for the record, I'd much rather listen to a group like Public Domain that make fun, lively music, than Dave "tuneless" Clarke, or whatever self-important pretentious cack you listen to. |

I am a better dj than mark sherry, this is a fact. Most people I know who are 'amateur' djs - even the ones, are better djs than mark sherry. He is a fool and a joker, and like i say, I dont think ive ever heard anyone worse. |

First and foremost, I have never heard one of his mixes. Even if I don't end up liking it, I respect him posting them. You can't please everyone, but I guarantee a lot of people like his work. I will admit, I am not a huge fan of his production work(no offense Mark, I certainly can't do any better, it's not really my style), but I like a lot of the producers I saw on that tracklisting and am likely to like the mix. My point is that even if I don't, not everyone likes my cd's or the styles I play. I would still put them up to give people the opportunity. And, I'll let you know when I finish the set I'm working on now. I've been lazy, but I want you, especially, to listen to it. I'm ultra-critical and getting those people's feedback is the best way to improve or feel validated. My point is that you shouldn't rip someone for sharing their music. If you don't like him, or his style steer clear of the posting. You seem to linger around just to rip into people. Make some positive feedback a little more often.
I definitely agree with you from time to time, but this isn't one of them. |

Im fully aware of why he listed every single label, the fact that he pust 'promo' 'cdr' 'test press' is what ISNT required. The only reason people do this at length is to show off.
