But what if Allah is pleased with what Osama Bin Laden has done?
You could argue that god loved everyone who died on Sept 11, so he isn't pleased with what happenned, but how do you know that? If we're talking about god, unless he comes down and tells us all what's going on in that omnipresent brain of his, it's your word against Osama's I'm afraid..... so appealing to God gives Osama Bin Laden undue justification for what he did. If you believe that a god exists, then you have to concede that it could be Allah and not Jehova sitting up there..... and if it is Allah then maybe he is pleased with what happened.
Anyways, just stirring up some controversy. :) |

may justice be server to any who harm innocent ppl, good, cuz one of Americas rockets hit a UN depot, killing 4 ppl... innocent ppl, no, wait, ppl that were HELPING ppl, not ppl that were KILLING ppl, so, Sunburn, when do u think America gets punished for killing those ppl, and others (not wanting to bring up any names, like Vietnam, Iraq (so yeah, Hussein is a badass mofo, but that doesnt mean his citizens r))??
and bout Osama, it has STILL not been proven he did it, and America HAS proven to bomb innocent ppl, so whos got the explaining to do?? |

you can argue that america has killed innocents, but every nation is guilty of this as well. i wont say that america has never abused power tho...i will bring up the arguement that their position at the end of WWII and the treaties signed thereafter gave us the job of peacekeeper in many respects, along with many other countries and unions. and if he is saying god bless the world, its just as good as god bless america(cuz, yes america is part of and not THE world). you can say the world is worse off because of america, but in many ways its better - the fact you can express your own opinion here could very well have everything to do with the usa...
plus as many canadians, mexicans and the like will argue AMERICA is not the USA...late/ |

Ok lets say there is a remote possibility that he isn't responsible...
What about the acts of terrorism against US embassies or the USS Cole i believe that was hit with a bomb on another boat. Bin Laden has been linked to all of these attacks, so he will be punished to them. If those acts of terrorism were close to your home you might have a different opinion. Also, Vietnam and Iraq were wars not terrorism acts brought on by the USA, which all had warnings before action was taken. The USA supposedly has proof of Bin Laden's connection, and all countries that are helping were given thay info thats why they are helping the USA! |

Well, if America killed some innocent people, I'm more than certain that it wasn't INTENTIONAL. The WTC Bombs obviously were intentional. Plus we've given Afghanistan time to hand over Bin Laden and they didn't. We aren't killing civilians over there so far. God help us if we do. We are helping out some civilians due to the horrible humanitarian problems over there.
If someone killed your entire family and you knew who it was...would you wanna sit there and say, "Please don't do that again"? |

whatever you say man...some people just dont want to believe that the government and military here in the US arent necessarily indicative of what the people as a whole beileve. as for that statement, i think it speaks for itself in ignorance. if americans think they are the only people on the planet, then everyone elsewhere in the world must HATE the USA. i know some people fall into this category, but i know for a fact that sweeping generalizations cant be made. its called THINKING remember?! late/ |
