Alright, FOX just announced that Bush won Ohio. CNN hasn't, but a quick look at the difference that Kerry has to make up with most precinct votes that are still to be counted leaning Bush's way (except for Cleveland), you know it's a mere formality. That means that as soon as Bush wins New Mexico (yet another formality), the president of the US will be George Bush once again.
There goes the Redskins' streak. |

Kerry has only about 100 000 vote to make up in Ohio
It's no over yet ( I'M STILL HOPPING )

| Forget Ohio. Except for Cuyahoga, which is where Cleveland is, no other county that has votes to give is pro-Kerry. And in Cuyahoga, 90% of votes have been counted, so if the percentages stay the same, he closes the gap by at best 20 000 to 25000. That means that he still has to get some 75 000 to 85 000 votes from somewhere and that's just not happening. |

| Alright, I think this election is pretty much sealed. To make things worse off, the Republicans gained seats in the Senate and the House. Bush wins, the Republicans win; yay for the world. |

After all the lies and contreversies, he gets more votes!??
I just don't understand how people can still vote for Bush.
I'm really really serious about this, I just don't get it. :( |

| Common Malek. It's a simple recipe. Scare them into submission, make them believe their security is at stake if the other candidate wins and talk some junk about "values". The US is a nation of soundbites. If you feed them all this junk enough times, they have it ingrained forever in the little grey matter that they have, and they'll make sure to regurgitate that garbage when prompted. Reason, logic, common sense...what's that you say?????? |

this is so close its not cool. errors processing votes in Ohio. Lets hope it goes the Kerry's way. Cause if its just slow processing of provisional ballots he's pretty scured. and im pretty sure that's it
If that's the case kerry need 150 000 vote to overtakte bush in ohio, And theirs only 250 000 provisional ballots left. I don't think its mathematicly plausible based on how close the race has been so far. At best he get 150 000 of those, bush get 100 000. and he would still far 100 000 short.
Wish i had a TV in front of me right now.
keep me up to date ppl |

read my post above. whoever wins Ohio Win. its worth 20 points
bush is currently ahead by 100 000-150 000 votes
last i heard it was 140 000
anyways
this is after 97% of the votes counted
something to do with faulty machines
however there are also 250 000 provisional votes to be counted(vote from ppl that live there but where not in the state at the time)
odd of kerry winning 85% of those provisinal which is pretty much what he would need to win, are pretty astronomical.
but you never know
were pretty much looking at another marginal Bush victory.
4 more years of
well at least it will make interesting news. Bush is definatly more intertaining then Kerry would of been. Im so proud to be candian today. or actually i should say, proud im not american |
