I can easily argue and prove to you that the only thing Arafat did for his people is bring destruction while the only thing he really cared about was himself.

I also love the fact that all the people on this board who have never even been to Israel or god forbid the territories appear to know SO MUCH about the situation...wow you must be all so smart. The only thing you know is what the media shows you!

I've never said it was perfect...I'm just saying your comment was pathetic...primarily because you don't know what you're talking about. Speaking about facing the truth -- how about facing the truth that Arafat was a terrorist and the destruction that the suicide bombers created? Or the fact that the same terrorist organizations now recruite kids to go and blow themseleves up to kill civilians? Can you face the truth? |

i never said anything about speaking the truth, so i dont know what your talking about. I didnt make the original comment your replied too.
I never denied the destruction caused by sucide bombings. But sometimes it has to be done to acheive a goal. You say terrorist, i say freedom fighter. |

because it is obvious in the case of this of thread. most pro-arafat comments are 'ohhhh i like him' or 'i'm a terrorist'. descrive to me in detail what good he did? this is not a general israel vs. palestine thread. this is a murderous barbarian who caused so much harm even to his own people. there is not an ounce of him which is not evil. he is now dead... this is a positive thing for both sides! |

If you think Arafat being dead is a good thing then you need to think again.I guess Isreal wants Hamas in control because that whats gonna happen in the near future.
