he plays kai tracid's remix of its time, its nothing like the original...

i have no idea why he played punk, its e - it is a bit strange of pvd to slate that sound and then play the record, but dont doubt that he slates the sound. He does it a lot.

because hes not trying anyting new, i know exactly why hes booked ferry & its got nothing to do with his strenght as an artist or a dj.

You just said that booking him breaks with the entire history of VNs. Isn't that trying something new? And I doubt that booking Ferry will guarantee a filled up venue in Germany. If that was what Paul wanted he could have invited some popular techno DJs instead, that's much safer.

And Paul has played the Flashover Mix of It's Time as well.

it doesnt matter if its original or remixed, because if the remix no longer represents the original sound, then it represents the remixer more than the original artst. ie. sweetest dreams[corsten], in the beginning again[corsten] as for original tracks,he played the out of punk. and a good dosage of indigo when it got mad old might i add:haha:

and all of those are just wanky trance. PvD plays a hell of a lot of wanky trance, but hes not played a crap corsten 'electro' trance record (ferrys words i think, not mine) apart from punk, which i acknowledge is very strange.

when has he played that?

'popular techno djs' are not guaranteed to sell out a night in berlin really... Not unless its a full lineup like that. & having PvD on means it will not be.

so its hardly safer.

again you doubt what i know is true, so im not sure where youre going with it.

What does that have to do with anything?

A good sign of someone not having a clue what they're talking about is when they have to bring up some pointless remark to keep the debate going.

well because it seems like pvd plays more ferrys tracks then vice versa which means pvd respects the work of corsten and that alone makes ferry relevant and appropriate as a guest on vandit night which laushina continues to say it aint so..lol

pvd does not respect ferry as an artist, this is a FACT

neither does he 'respect' dj sammy

but yet he still played sunlight

granted its odd, but as you can see it makes no difference

But he's only ever played a handful of Ferry tracks, most of which have been remixes. So your point doesn't really stand does it.

well, if you dont respect soemoen as an artist but yet you still play their tracks, thats really ing shady. ive lost some respect for pvd by that comment youve made. and i doubt he played the original version of sunlight.
